Can you send RAW files?
I do not send RAW files under any circumstance because I believe that they are the beginning process of a photographer's work, meaning they are not the final product.
What is your turn around time?
I aim for you to receive your images between 7 and 14 days after your session has taken place. For weddings, this process takes longer to ensure your wedding photos are edited to the highest standard, and I aim to deliver them around 2 months after your wedding day. I want to make sure they are perfect for you, and I need time to edit them to achieve that.
What gear do you use?
I mainly use a professional full frame and mirrorless camera and lenses, but I also have a professional DSLR camera with multiple lenses. I ensure that all of my equipment is the best and most professional available to me to ensure that every client gets stunning images delivered to them.
Do you shoot destination?
At the present moment of time, I am only offering my photography services to those within the areas of South Wales, Bristol and the surrounding areas. In the future, this may change if there is a demand.
How many images do we receive?
All of my packages include a different number of images and we can discuss this when you contact me.
How many weddings have you previously photographed?
I have previously photographed a number of weddings, with an average of 10 weddings a year. I only take on a select number of weddings a year to ensure that the quality of my wedding photography is the very best for my clients.
Can we meet you to discuss our wedding photography and wishes before we make a decision and book with you?
I give every couple the opportunity to meet with me in person to discuss your photography needs and wishes before they make a decision to book with me for their day. It allows us to get to know each other beforehand and assess whether this is the right decision.
What happens if you are ill, or there is an emergency?
I have a small list of trusted photographers that I can call on for backup if something comes up and I am unable to photograph your wedding day. These photographers understand the commitment and quality I give to every client, and they will strive to do the same. For normal sessions, I will arrange another date when you are available for the session, or I will offer a refund of payment (All deposits are non-refundable).
How much would it cost for an additional hour?
For my wedding photography, I charge an additional £100 for every extra hour you require. For normal sessions, I charge an additional £50.
Can I request for certain images to be taken?
I allow all of my clients to request certain images they would like to be taken during their session. I encourage my clients to compile a list of requested shots, and I will work my way through them before moving onto other shots.
How will I receive my images?
All edited photos from sessions will be available for you to access and download through your own private online gallery on my website. These are password protected to ensure that only you and people you share the password with, will be the only ones able to access your photos. For my wedding photography, I also present your images on a USB and photo album, but this will depend on the package chosen.
What information do you need from me before my wedding day?
I will need to know the exact locations of the ceremony and reception, as well as the exact times of the day (where you will be getting ready, what time you will be leaving to go to the ceremony, what time you plan to cut the cake and have your first dance etc.) to ensure that I know where to be at the right time.
May I see some reviews from previous clients?
There is a section on my website that is dedicated to testimonials from previous clients, both for normal sessions and weddings.
How much of a deposit do you require and when is it due?
I require a deposit of 25% of the overall package/session price when you book with me. I cannot book you in until I receive a non-refundable deposit.
Do you have a contract?
I send all of my clients a contract for them to fill out and sign when they book with me. This ensures you know what is expected of you and the quality and service I will provide for you. I cannot book you in until I receive a non-refundable deposit and signed contract.
